The only problem you'll have is selecting the perfect product from the various self protection products on the market. The only product that will help protect you is a pepper spray product.
Everybody seems to be using this type of self-defense. Pepper sprays are one of the foremost protection gadgets; particularly for women. A different type of pepper spray is a pen-like pepper spray. This one looks like a regular fountain pen, but looks can be deceiving. A nozzle is hidden beneath the cap and, when depressed, can shoot a spray for half of a second that can reach 6 to 8 feet. However, you just have ten shots. The first pepper spray was packed inside a canister. This easy-to-carry pepper spray is one of the most well-liked protective device. One to two ounces of pepper spray can be spewed out by a single canister. You can fire as far as 12 feet away from the target.
It goes without saying that it's better if you're the oneusing the spray and that it isn't sprayed on you. You might be wondering what the ingredients of the pepper spray are. The main composite of pepper spray is the oil that's taken from the placenta of a pepper, the name of this oil is Oleoresin Capsicum, an extract of Cayenne Peppers. This oil is where pepper spray gets its heat, which is actually measured in SHUs--Scoville Heat Units. Therefore, a high Scoville Heat Unit will give a stronger punch. To show how hot the pepper spray is, know that the excessively hot Habanero pepper has 325,000 Scoville Heat Units. And your standard pepper spray will have a range of 2,000,000-5,000,000 Scoville Heat Units. This just shows a sample of how efficient pepper spray is in self-defense.
